A loving massage that focuses on the special needs of the Mother-to-Be as her body goes through fast changes and prepares for childbirth.  Massage during pregnancy can enhance the function of the muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, relieves mental and physical fatigue and helps to improve deep restful sleep.

Pregnant clients are arranged on the massage table to lie on their side with a special arrangement of pillows.

Equal are the needs of a new Mother. From sleepless nights &  breast pumping, to using lots of new muscles in new ways for lifting, cradling and feeding, a massage is a profound way to get support and stay healthy throughout new motherhood.

WHEN to get a Mommy Massage:

Although the American Pregnancy Association says that women can begin massage at any point during a pregnancy, If you would like to receive massage sooner and have clearance from you doctor I am happy to honor that. Also, up to two weeks before giving birth and as soon as 2 weeks after giving birth.
